The Royal Plymouth Corinthian Yacht Club was one of the first premises in Plymouth to be licensed for civil marriages and has proved a popular venue ever since. Its stunning waterside location offers fantastic views of Plymouth Sound.

Treganna Castle, St Ives

Tregenna Castle Hotel is perfect for a fairytale wedding. This ivy covered castle stands in a magnificent 72-acre estate with far reaching sea views over St Ives, making it one of the most romantic places in Cornwall.

The castle is licensed for weddings all year round which can be held in five different rooms, accommodating 2 to 160 people. For an outdoor ceremony there’s a beautiful Pavilion overlooking the Atlantic (May to September).

35 minutes from Blue Monkey, Lantallack is a magical wedding venue close to the Tamar Valley and 20 minutes from Plymouth.

Exclusively yours for a whole weekend, it is for those who yearn something different and special; with stunning views across undulating countryside and wooded valleys.

From a traditional wedding at a local medieval church to a civil ceremony on site, Lantallack is an idyllic place in which to create your perfect country wedding.

You can get married in our unique historic 17th century Cart Barn or outside on the beautiful Wisteria Walk.  The Lawn Terrace is also perfect for a traditional Cornish wedding where you can have a beautiful clear-span marquee for up to 150 people.

Langdon Court

With over 500 years of history and set in stunning grounds overlooking Plymouth Sound, Mount Edgcumbe boasts seven acres of formal gardens, 10 miles of coastline and many historic buildings and follies for your photographs.

The House has three licensed rooms for civil ceremonies, accommodating from 2 to 120 guests plus the outdoor option of the elegant Summer House overlooking the delightful Earls Garden.

The historic Orangery overlooking the Italian Garden can seat up to 120 guests for a sumptuous reception.

Pilgrim BM45

Pilgrim BM45 | Wedding venue in Cornwall

Pilgrim BM45 is a traditional gaff-rigged Brixham sailing trawler, built in Brixham in 1895. She has been meticulously restored by a dedicated group of craftsmen and volunteers and is included in the National Register of Historic Ships.

The ship’s well-equipped galley allows us to cater for 50 people on deck with a buffet or canapé reception for 16 seated in the comfortable salon.

We can also offer a reception at sea and under sail (up to 10 guests to include the happy couple) or (weather permitting) an alfresco meal on deck.
