Family Foraging
Nature’s huge stock of wild food can be explored with Family Foraging Kitchen’s ‘Wild Food and Cookery Walks’. Learn all about the nutritional and medicinal benefits and you’ll leave with some interesting recipes incorporating your goodies.
Your foraging guide will design a menu and return with you to Blue Monkey to help create a delicious meal incorporating your foraged ingredients.

Fresh Fish Deliveries
Mad about fish? Say no more. Rob the Fish will bring freshly caught local fish from the boat straight to your door. RG seafoods deliver both prepared and whole fish in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain the best possible freshness and quality.

Catering
One of our local cooks will fill the freezer for you before arrival with delicious homemade meals ready for you to heat up. They can provide exceptional home cooking from picnics to home catering so that you can relax and just enjoy your holiday.
If you are celebrating a special occasion and don’t want to go out for a meal (especially if you have young children), we can also arrange for a chef with waiting staff to cook and serve your banquet at Blue Monkey.

In-house Hairdresser
We can recommend a local hairdresser who will visit Blue Monkey so that you can have your hair done in the privacy of your bedroom. If this is a special day for you, why not book in advance and your hairdresser will visit in the morning.

Natural Therapies and Beauty Treatments
We want you to leave your holiday at Blue Monkey more relaxed than when you arrived. We can recommend local aromatherapy, massage and other pampering treatments for you to have during your stay.
If you would like a treatment in the privacy of your own sitting room then we can also arrange a home visit. Our trained and professional service providers bring everything required to help you unwind.

Ayurveda and Yoga
Relax and unwind during your stay with a deeply restorative Ayurvedic massage or private yoga class. Sarah offers treatments from Millbrook and Maker Heights but home visits can also be arranged, bringing everything needed to you.
Packages can also include Reiki healing or Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition consultations, restoring the body’s natural balance to find health and harmony.
Kayaks
Blue Monkey own two kayaks for your use free of charge during your stay. We provide lifejackets and ask that you take responsibility for your party’s health and safety whilst using the kayaks.
Kayak lessons are available from Hans on Cawsand beach who offers tours around the local coastline.

Paddle Boarding
Blue Monkey own two paddle boards for your use free of charge during your stay. We ask that you take responsibility for your party’s health and safety whilst using the paddle boards.
If you would like lessons, SUP Rental is a friendly, family run stand up paddle boarding school on the stunning Rame Peninsular in SE Cornwall.
They offer lessons, rentals, private groups, sales & weekly social sessions from a number of different locations across the peninsular. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Booking in advance required.

Wedding / Holiday Photo Shoot
Whether it’s your wedding day or a family holiday – these are the treasured moments that you want to capture and remember for the rest of your life. Talented local photographer Dorian Castiglione can provide professional photography and in your preferred format. You can choose between a one hour shoot on the beach, at your holiday cottage – or whatever is your preferred location.

There are many fantastic golf courses near Blue Monkey including Whitsand Bay, the famous PGA St Mellion Course and Staddon Heights Golf Club. All three courses are set on cliff tops with beautiful panoramic views of the coast and the West Country.
